- "It's not true at all that only one of us can sing. Everyone in the group has a beautiful voice. We just weren't showcased as much."

- "When it was made aware to me there would be changes in the group I didn't agree with it. I love the girls so much. That was my family. We are looking at ways to keep working together. We all want to. But when we do that we're not allowed to call ourselves the Pussycat Dolls."


- "Right now there is a lot of controversy. I haven't spoken to Nicole about it. She's full speed ahead with her career. I always knew this sort of change was to come so there's nothing to be bitter about. At the end of the day I always knew I was not the captain of the ship."

- "It's true, there has always been a lot of focus on Nicole, which has been hard to deal with sometimes. I wasn't in videos like I wanted and wasn't seen in the way I was hoping, which has been the same for all the other girls too. I'm in the group and can voice my opinions to a degree but at the end of the day it is a business and there are a lot of chefs in the kitchen that run the Pussycat Dolls."

- "I get on well with most of the band but not everyone. I think of Nicole as just a business associate not as a friend. You cannot simply group girls together and just expect them to get on, can you? Life doesn't work like that."

Jessica:

- "They were really supportive of me. It was a big decision, but it was the best decision. I think I was always in the shadows of Nicole, so I think it's the chance for me to come out."

- "I felt like it was time to not live in the shadow of Nicole anymore. It wasn't a joyful experience. The Pussycat Dolls were Nicole's world, and everything that Nicole says goes. If you liked a certain top and Nicole liked it too, she would take the top. She's the star. We had to support her in every way. It was Nicole's world, and we were just living in it."

Melody:

- "I got into the group to sing. That was made very clear to me. But it became more and more apparent what was going on. Roles were being minimized and minimized, and then by the time it got on the show, it was very much like ‘Yall play your part and this is what it is.’ It was tough because you don’t want to shit on your own opportunity."

- "After awhile you have to stop asking those questions and accept it for what it is. Life is more about acceptance than it is about trying to pick something apart when you’re wearing yourself out. We weren’t going to get an answer. That’s most important for people to understand. If Melody had an opportunity to sing, then she would’ve sang. Bottom line. But that wasn’t available to me and that’s fine."

Carmit:

- "There were songs on Doll Domination that I did like. And then there were some that I just didn't quite understand for the group. It's a pop group. There were a lot of solo ballads that didn't make sense to me why they're on the Doll Domination album. I don't see how recast is going to happen. They're going to have a harder time trying to have these girls being accepted, than just coming out with a new record and people liking the music or not. That's my opinion. I can be wrong, maybe they will come out and everyone will like them."
